Steel tubes are the most fundamental component in scaffolding. Whether used as standards (vertical posts), ledgers (horizontal beams), or braces, the quality of the pipe directly determines structural safety. SINO EAST produces pipes to meet the exacting requirements of global standards.
Our scaffolding pipes are manufactured from high-frequency welded (ERW) steel tubes, manufactured to BS1139, EN39, EN10219, JIS 3444, and KSD 3566 standards. Each pipe undergoes strict dimensional inspection, flattening tests, and zinc coating verification.
The most common specification is OD 48.3mm (or 48.6mm) with 3.2mm or 4.0mm wall thickness, hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461. Pipes are bundled in 61-piece packs for efficient container loading — each 20ft container holds approximately 25-28 tons.
