1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for scaffolding products?
Our standard MOQ varies by product: steel props and pipes typically start at 100 pieces, couplers at 500 pieces. For mixed containers, we can accommodate smaller quantities. Contact us with your requirements — we're flexible for trial orders.
2. What international standards do your scaffolding products meet?
All products meet BS 1139, EN 74, and EN 39 standards. Couplers are tested to EN 74 Class B slip resistance. Pipes conform to EN 39 / BS 1139 with OD 48.3mm ±0.5mm tolerance. We provide mill test certificates with every shipment.
3. What is your typical delivery time?
Standard orders ship within 15-25 days after deposit confirmation. For large orders (10+ containers), allow 25-35 days. We ship from Tianjin Port — one of China's largest and most efficient ports, ensuring competitive freight rates and reliable schedules.
4. What is the difference between drop forged and pressed steel couplers?
Drop forged couplers are hammered from hot steel — stronger, more durable, and required for heavy-duty applications. Pressed steel couplers are stamped — lighter, more economical, suitable for standard construction. Both meet EN 74 standards when properly manufactured.
5. Can you customize scaffolding products to our specifications?
Yes. We can customize dimensions, surface treatment (galvanized, painted, powder coated), wall thickness, and packaging. Provide your drawings or specifications for a custom quote. We serve OEM/ODM clients across 50+ countries.

6. What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment or against copy of documents. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above $50,000. For long-term partners, we offer flexible payment arrangements.
7. How do you calculate scaffolding pipe prices?
Price depends on: steel grade (Q195/Q235/S235/S355), wall thickness (2.0mm-4.0mm), surface finish (pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, black), order quantity, and current steel market rates. Contact us for today's competitive pricing — we reply within 24 hours.
8. What is the warranty on your scaffolding products?
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our quality control includes raw material inspection, in-process testing, final inspection, and random load testing. We've maintained ISO 9001 certification since 2006.

9. Can you ship to Africa / Middle East / Europe / Americas?
Yes. We export to 50+ countries across all continents. We handle all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and mill test certificates. Our logistics team ensures smooth customs clearance.
10. What container capacity can I expect?
A 20ft container holds approximately 25-27 tons of scaffolding pipes or 22-24 tons of couplers and accessories. A 40ft HC holds 27-28 tons. We optimize loading to maximize your shipping value and reduce per-unit freight cost.
11. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we provide free samples for existing stock items (you cover freight). For custom products, sample costs are deducted from your bulk order. Typical sample delivery: 3-5 days after order confirmation.
Technical Knowledge
12. Which scaffolding system is better: Ringlock or Cuplock?
Both are excellent modular systems. Ringlock offers faster assembly with fewer loose parts and higher load capacity — ideal for large industrial projects. Cuplock is more economical and widely used in Asia and the Middle East. We manufacture both and can recommend based on your project requirements.
13. What scaffolding pipe diameter and wall thickness do I need?
Standard scaffolding uses 48.3mm OD pipe. Wall thickness depends on application: 3.2mm for standard construction, 4.0mm for heavy-duty industrial use. EN 39 specifies a minimum 3.2mm for structural scaffolding tubes. Our team can help calculate based on your load requirements.
14. How do I verify scaffolding product quality before shipping?
We offer: (1) factory video inspection live via WhatsApp, (2) third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV) at your cost, (3) mill test certificates with each shipment, (4) sample approval before bulk production. We welcome factory visits anytime — schedule via [email protected].
15. What surface treatment is best for coastal / humid environments?
Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) is the best choice for coastal and high-humidity environments. HDG provides 50-80μm zinc coating — far more durable than pre-galvanized or painted finishes. We recommend HDG for projects in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and coastal Africa.
