Every step is monitored and documented to ensure consistent quality
All incoming steel and aluminum materials are tested for chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation according to EN39, BS1139, ASTM A500, ASTM A36 standards. Materials failing to meet specifications are rejected at the warehouse.
Every accessory undergoes shearing, loading, hardness, and bending tests to ensure compliance before use in scaffold production. Sampling inspections at each station maintain consistent quality.
Welding processes follow ISO 3834 and EN1090 standards. Penetration tests are conducted at every welding station. All welders are certified and regularly trained on international standards.
Our quality management system covers all manufacturing sections — from dimensions and surface treatment to marking, inspection records, documentation, and filing for full traceability.
Mock-up inspections ensure every scaffold component is compatible in size, fixing method, and assembly sequence. System scaffolds are test-assembled before shipment.
Hot-dip galvanizing adheres to ISO 1461 standards. Zinc coating thickness and adhesion are tested on every batch to ensure corrosion protection meets specifications.
Ultimate load tests are conducted on all scaffold parts, frames, and towers according to EN12810, EN12811, and relevant OSHA standards to verify structural integrity.
Every shipment includes EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates, welding records (ISO 3834), load test reports, and full compliance documentation for international projects.
