SINO EAST SCAFFOLDING GROUP manufactures adjustable screw jacks, base jacks, U-head jacks and hollow screw jacks for ringlock, cuplock, frame and formwork systems. Q235/Q345 steel, hot-dip galvanized, EN/BS compliant, factory-direct pricing with global delivery.
SINO EAST SCAFFOLDING GROUP is a leading scaffolding screw jack manufacturer and supplier based in Tianjin, China. We produce adjustable screw jacks, also known as scaffold leveling jacks, base jacks or jack bases, used to level and support scaffolding frames, ringlock systems, cuplock systems, steel props and formwork structures.
Our screw jacks are fabricated from high-quality Q235 or Q345 carbon steel. Each unit consists of a threaded solid or hollow spindle, a welded base plate, an adjusting nut and a handle, allowing precise height adjustment and stable load transfer to the ground. Surface finishes include hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and painted coatings to suit different jobsite environments and corrosion-resistance requirements.
With a 50,000 m² production facility and in-house quality testing, we control every stage from raw material inspection to final packaging. We supply screw jacks to scaffolding rental companies, construction contractors, formwork wholesalers and distributors across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

Choose the right screw jack type for your scaffolding system, load and adjustment requirements.
Heavy-duty solid threaded spindle for maximum strength and load capacity. Ideal for ringlock, cuplock and frame scaffolding base support.
Lighter-weight hollow threaded spindle for standard scaffolding applications. Cost-effective and easy to transport.
Square base plate with threaded spindle for leveling scaffolding on uneven ground. Distributes load evenly and prevents sinking.
U-shaped head at the top of the spindle to support beams, timber battens or steel props in formwork and shoring applications.
Articulated base plate or head that adjusts to sloped or angled surfaces. Maintains full contact and load distribution on uneven ground.
Hot-dip galvanized inside and outside for maximum corrosion protection. Suitable for outdoor, humid and coastal environments.
50,000 m² manufacturing facility in Tianjin with in-house threading, welding and galvanizing lines. No middlemen.
Production according to EN 74, BS 1139, EN 1090 and ISO 3834. Mill certificates and test reports available.

Solid screw jacks have a full threaded steel rod, providing higher load capacity and better resistance to bending. They are preferred for heavy-duty scaffolding and formwork. Hollow screw jacks use a threaded steel tube, making them lighter and more economical for standard-duty applications and rental fleets.
Load capacity depends on the spindle type, diameter, thread length and base plate size. Our solid screw jacks typically support up to 35 kN, while hollow screw jacks support 20–30 kN. Contact us for a detailed load table matched to your specification.
Yes. We can customize spindle diameter, thread length, base plate size and thickness, head type (U-head, flat head, swivel), material grade, surface finish and packaging. Send us your drawings or specifications and we will provide a quote and production schedule.
Hot-dip galvanizing is recommended for outdoor scaffolding, rental fleets and long-term projects because it provides the best corrosion resistance. Electro-galvanizing and painted finishes are cost-effective options for indoor or short-term use.
Standard sizes are available from one 20-foot container. Production time is usually 15–25 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and finish. We ship from Tianjin port to destinations worldwide by sea, rail or air.
Yes. Our screw jacks are manufactured according to EN 74, BS 1139, EN 1090 and ISO 3834 welding quality requirements. We can provide test reports, mill certificates and third-party inspection certificates on request.
