Ringlock scaffolding (also called rosette scaffold or modular ring system) is the most advanced modular scaffolding system available today. A unique rosette ring — welded to vertical standards at 500 mm intervals — accepts up to 8 connections per node (4 horizontal + 4 diagonal), enabling complex geometric configurations that are impossible with traditional tube-and-coupler scaffolding.
Manufactured by Sino East Steel Group from Q345 structural steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish (80 µm minimum zinc coating), our ringlock system is fully compliant with EN 12810, EN 12811, BS 1139 and AS/NZS 1576. It is dimensionally compatible with all major international systems including Layher Allround, Peri Up, and Altrad.

Ringlock scaffolding is a modular steel access system built around a circular rosette welded to the vertical standard at 500 mm intervals. Ledgers, transoms and braces lock into the rosette with a single hammer blow on the wedge head — no loose couplers, no bolts. The 8-way connection (every 45 degrees) makes ringlock the fastest-erecting and most flexible modular system for industrial, high-rise and complex-geometry projects.
A single ringlock standard (48.3 mm × 3.2 mm, S355) delivers approximately 80 kN ultimate vertical leg capacity — about 33% higher than cuplock at the same tube size. In-service design loads follow EN 12811 duty classes: light-duty bays of 1.5 m × 3.0 m support 2 kN/m², with heavy-duty shoring grids engineered for far higher loads.
