The World's Most Versatile Modular Scaffolding System

Ringlock scaffolding (also called rosette scaffold or modular ring system) is the most advanced modular scaffolding system available today. A unique rosette ring — welded to vertical standards at 500 mm intervals — accepts up to 8 connections per node (4 horizontal + 4 diagonal), enabling complex geometric configurations that are impossible with traditional tube-and-coupler scaffolding.

Manufactured by Sino East Steel Group from Q345 structural steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish (80 µm minimum zinc coating), our ringlock system is fully compliant with EN 12810, EN 12811, BS 1139 and AS/NZS 1576. It is dimensionally compatible with all major international systems including Layher Allround, Peri Up, and Altrad.

Typical applications: industrial plants, oil & gas facilities, shipyards, bridge construction, high-rise buildings, power stations, and infrastructure projects requiring Class 3 through Class 6 load ratings (1.5 to 6.0 kN/m²).

Why Choose Ringlock Over Traditional Scaffolding

The engineering advantages of Sino East ringlock translate directly into lower labor cost, faster project completion, and longer service life on every site.

50% Faster Assembly

Wedge-head locking mechanism requires only a hammer strike — no nuts, bolts, clamps or specialized tools. Cut your labor hours in half on every project.

8 Connections Per Node

The 8-slot rosette ring (4 horizontal + 4 diagonal) lets you build complex 3D geometries — circular tanks, curved facades, ship hulls — without custom fabrication.

Higher Load Capacity

Q345 steel standards provide 40–60 kN safe working load per leg. Class 3 to Class 6 ratings cover everything from inspection work to heavy concrete shoring.

Zero Loose Parts

Unlike cuplock (top cup) or tube-and-coupler (nuts/bolts), ringlock has no loose components to lose, misplace, or fall from height. Safer & faster.

15–20 Year Service Life

Hot-dip galvanized 80µm zinc coating protects against corrosion in coastal, industrial and high-humidity environments for multi-project reuse.

Universal Compatibility

OD 48.3 mm tube, 50 cm rosette spacing, 8-slot geometry — fully interchangeable with Layher, Peri, Altrad, and other major systems worldwide.

Ringlock Scaffolding — Common Questions

Have a question not listed here? Send it to our engineering team via WhatsApp — we usually reply within 30 minutes during business hours.

What is ringlock scaffolding and what makes it different from cuplock?
Ringlock (rosette) scaffolding is the most advanced modular system available. It uses a 50 cm-spaced rosette ring welded to vertical standards that accepts up to 8 connections per node (4 horizontal + 4 diagonal). This is twice the 4 connections of cuplock, enabling complex geometries like circular tanks and curved facades. Ringlock also assembles 50% faster because wedge-head ledgers lock with a hammer strike — no loose top cups or bolts to fumble with on height.
What standards and certifications does your ringlock system comply with?
Sino East ringlock scaffolding is manufactured in compliance with EN 12810, EN 12811, BS 1139, and AS/NZS 1576. Our factory holds CE EN 1090-1, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 3834-2 welding certifications. All shipments include EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificates and full quality documentation. CIDB Malaysia and KOC Kuwait approvals are available for projects in those jurisdictions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?
Standard MOQ is one 20ft container (typically 22–26 tons of mixed components). Trial orders from 5 tons are available via LCL. Production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit; sea freight to most destinations takes 20–40 days depending on the port. Contact our sales team for an accurate schedule based on your port and product mix.
Can your ringlock system be used in heavy industrial and shoring applications?
Yes. Our Q345-grade ringlock standards provide 40–60 kN safe working load per leg at standard lift heights, covering EN 12811 Class 3 through Class 6 (1.5–6.0 kN/m²). The system is widely used for industrial plant maintenance, oil & gas shutdowns, shipyards, bridge construction, high-rise buildings, and heavy-duty shoring when combined with U-head jacks and base collars.
Do you provide custom branding and documentation?
Yes — we offer custom logo embossing on standards and ledgers (MOQ 5 tons), unique color-coded finishes, and personalized QR/barcode tracking on each component. Documentation includes MTC 3.1 certificates, country-of-origin certificates, packing lists, commercial invoices, and any project-specific paperwork required by your local authority (PE stamps, CIDB registration, KOC submittals, etc.).
Is your ringlock system compatible with other major brands?
Yes. Our ringlock is dimensionally compatible with all major systems on the market — Layher Allround, Peri Up, Altrad, Safway, and others. Standards use OD 48.3 mm × 3.25 mm tube with 50 cm rosette spacing and 8-slot rosette geometry. Existing scaffolding inventories can be mixed and matched without adapters, and we can supply rosette spacing to match your existing inventory (40 cm, 50 cm or custom) on bulk orders.

Ringlock Scaffolding FAQ

What is ringlock scaffolding?

Ringlock scaffolding is a modular steel access system built around a circular rosette welded to the vertical standard at 500 mm intervals. Ledgers, transoms and braces lock into the rosette with a single hammer blow on the wedge head — no loose couplers, no bolts. The 8-way connection (every 45 degrees) makes ringlock the fastest-erecting and most flexible modular system for industrial, high-rise and complex-geometry projects.

How much load can ringlock scaffolding carry?

A single ringlock standard (48.3 mm × 3.2 mm, S355) delivers approximately 80 kN ultimate vertical leg capacity — about 33% higher than cuplock at the same tube size. In-service design loads follow EN 12811 duty classes: light-duty bays of 1.5 m × 3.0 m support 2 kN/m², with heavy-duty shoring grids engineered for far higher loads.

Is ringlock scaffolding certified to EN 12810?

Yes. Sino East manufactures ringlock under EN 12810 / EN 12811, EN 1090 EXC2 (CE marking), ISO 3834-2 welding quality and ISO 9001:2015, with in-house and third-party load testing on every batch. View our certificates →

How long does hot-dip galvanized ringlock last?

With EN ISO 1461 coating (55+ microns), hot-dip galvanized ringlock lasts 15-25 years inland and 10-15 years in coastal environments. The wedge and rosette stay free-moving and keep their geometry, which is why HDG is the standard choice for rental fleets and long-term projects.
