Our 48.3mm galvanized double coupler (right-angle clamp) is the most commonly used fitting in tube-and-coupler scaffolding. It creates a rigid 90° load-bearing connection between two 48.3mm OD scaffolding tubes — typically connecting ledgers to standards in the main scaffold frame.
Manufactured from Q235 steel, available in both drop forged (heavy duty) and pressed steel (economy) versions. Hot-dip galvanized finish ensures 20+ years corrosion resistance in outdoor environments. Fully compliant with EN74 Class B and BS1139 standards.
